Wholesale flowers are cut and shipped before they reach their prime beauty. You should plan to receive your order 2 days in advance of your event to cut and hydrate the flowers and allow them to open.
What Delivery Date Should I Choose?
You can order up to 120 days before your requested delivery date and up until 2PM Eastern Time the day before. We recommend that you place your order 2-3 weeks before your requested delivery date, giving Blooms the best opportunity to source the flower variety, color, and quantities that you request.
Orders placed before 2:00PM (ET) Monday-Friday can be delivered as soon as the next day depending on availability. Expedited shipping and/or Saturday delivery charges may apply.
Orders placed after 2PM (ET) Friday through Sunday can be delivered as soon as the following Tuesday depending on availability.
BloomsByTheBox does not guarantee delivery date or time.

Economy Ground Shipping on Supply Orders anywhere in the continental USA!
"Supplies" include floral supplies, containers, freeze-dried petals, and succulents. Flower and Supply shipping charges are determined separately.
All supplies (including containers, freeze-dried petals and succulents) will ship separately via UPS or Fedex Ground service and have separate shipping charges. Supplies may be shipped in advance of, and delivered prior to, the requested Delivery Date.

Shipping & Billing Address Confirmation
For the protection of our customers and their payment methods, Blooms reserves the right to confirm and validate shipping addresses particularly when the shipping address does not match the billing address of the Payer. Please be sure to provide and monitor an active email address and phone number for us to validate this information. Without additional documentation and proper validation, orders may be held or cancelled.
Saturday and Expedited Delivery
Flower Shipping rates apply to orders with requested delivery Tuesday-Friday. Saturday Delivery can be requested when ordering, and a $20 surcharge will be added to your order. Fedex does not offer Saturday Delivery to all locations.
Supplies shipping rates include ground shipping, which may take 1-5 days for delivery based on your address. If you need your supplies within 5 days of placing your order, contact BloomsByTheBox to inquire about availability and expedited shipping charges. BloomsByTheBox does not guarantee delivery date or time.
Delivery Tracking
Orders may include shipments from multiple locations. Each shipment will result in FEDEX or UPS tracking notifications from the carrier to the order email address on or before the ship date after 4:00PM ET.
Note that Supplies - including floral supplies, containers, freeze-dried petals and succulents - are shipped separately, and may be shipped in advance of, and delivered prior to, the requested Delivery Date.
All orders are sent "No Signature Required", but the carriers reserve the right to refuse to leave packages in areas they determine to be insecure.
The exact time of day that orders are delivered will vary by destination and are not guaranteed by Blooms By The Box.
Please note Blooms By The Box is not responsible for lost or stolen packages or shipping delays caused by carrier failures, weather, or other Acts of God.

Order Changes and Cancellations
Most changes and cancellations can be made up to fourteen (14) days before requested delivery date. Items with advance purchase requirements cannot be changed or cancelled. Non-perishable product may be delivered before requested delivery date and cannot be changed or cancelled once in transit. Address and contact information can be changed until the day before shipment. There is no additional charge for order changes. Cancellations are subject to a 10% (ten percent) restocking fee. To request a change to or cancellation of your order, contact Blooms Customer Service.
