Normally found near the water’s edge at marshes, beaches, and lakes, you can conveniently pick up bulk cattails from August to November.
Cattails are 2' to 3' in height and typically tower over other flowers in arrangements. You can explore many fun ways to use them in bouquets and centerpieces. Play around with various textures and color combinations by pairing cattails with sunflowers, hydrangea, goldenrod, green Dianthus, millet, scabiosa, roses, and wheat.
