In the ensuing years, the website has morphed and grown with the addition of new supply products and an ever-growing list of fresh flowers and greens from around the globe. Spanning over thirty years, his professional career found him continuing work in the wholesale flower industry until he and partner Joan Wyndrum launched BloomsByTheBox.com in 2007. The pair joined forces to combine their talents and knowledge to create BloomsByTheBox.com to bring the beauty of the growers' fields directly to customers' doors. Larry puts expertise to work every day sourcing the finest fresh cut flowers from all over the world for Blooms By The Box customers. He oversees the fulfillment operations and procedures with the goal of absolute customer satisfaction of all products and services that BloomsByTheBox.com offers.

Joan is one of the founding partners of BloomsByTheBox.com. One of her earliest jobs was in the retail flower business where she was able to nurture her creative talents through floral design. She holds degrees in both commercial design and business administration/marketing, and for over 30 years has leveraged both in her work with hundreds of clients - many in the wholesale florist industry - in marketing, design, and business operations. Today Joan focuses her efforts on creative website development, marketing, and providing the ultimate customer experience to Blooms guests.
